I just wanted to take a moment to relay to you what a wonderful job was done polishing and staining out basement floor. We are so pleased with the results. The project was not without its share of difficulties and that made it that much more obvious what an awesome team you have.

First, John Gibbs responded immediately to my request to come out and look at the job and give us a quote in fact he was at the house within a couple hours. His quote was reasonable and timely. It took us several weeks to decide on doing the project and once we did, John had us scheduled within a week. He even did a mock up on your garage floor of the black stain I wanted to use, with only a days notice. That was above and beyond normal customer service.

Dan and Dulles was the team sent and they were wonderful, prompt and respectful of my home while trying to maneuver the heavy equipment down the stairs. They worked diligently the entire day. We ran into problems with the stain. Black is very unforgiving and our concrete was very porous. The first attempt at staining didn’t go well but John came to the house and assured us he would get it to look good. In fact he showed up to help with the project the very next day. He was right, it looks amazing! Rather like a satin polished granite.

I could go on and on about how wonderful the floor looks and how awesome John and the guys are and I have already told a multitude of people what a great company you are to work with. I will be sharing this raving review with several hundred more people in the review I will submit to Angie’s List. In addition, should you ever need a reference for future work, I would be happy to be one. Thank you so much for a great experience and a one of a kind floor for our man cave!"
